Long-term (Yearly and monthly) available and allocated transmission capacity between Elia and its neighbouring transmission system operators (TSOs) for imports and exports across Belgiums borders. The Market Party to which the capacity is allocated should either Use It Or Sell It (UIOSI) to another Market Party. The capacity not used is being sold from one time horizon to another.
