Collated for the purposes of intercalibrating the outputs of the Northern GIG WFD lakes macrophyte classification tools. Includes data from a large number of lakes across the GIG region, provided by the participating countries. Macrophyte data is provided as presence/absence and relevant typological information provided. There is almost no physico-chemical data provided. Note that not all the data from this dataset will be made available to BioFresh science work packages or the data portal.
