Definitions and ConceptsPending at the Beginning of the Period: Cases carried over from the previous year that had not yet been adjudicated and were therefore transferred to the current year.New Cases: Cases registered during the reporting period, including cases reopened at the request of one or both parties.Resolved Cases: Cases adjudicated during the reporting period, whether newly registered or carried over from previous periods.Pending at the End of the Period: Cases that remained unresolved at the end of the reporting period and were carried forward to the next period. Clearance Rate (%): An indicator measuring case resolution efficiency during the reporting period. It is calculated by dividing the number of resolved cases by the sum of new cases and pending cases at the beginning of the period, then multiplying the result by 100.
