- ECMWF produces and disseminates weather forecast data for the National Meteorological and Hydrological services (NHMSs) of ECMWF member and co-operating states and their authorised users. The data are released 1 hour after the real-time dissemination schedule. A Python package called ecmwf-opendata is available from PyPi that greatly facilitates the access to this dataset. In addition, a series of Jupyter Notebooks have been developed to demonstrate the use of this package.
