The XRD text files show counts per second of X-ray diffraction as a function of diffraction angle for four nanomaterials: industrial ZnO, sunscreen ZnO, industrial ZnO after algae toxicity test, sunscreen ZnO after algae toxicity test. Figure 2 in ZnO paper shows the raw data for the inhibition (%) as a function of time (h) for the nanomaterials at 10 mg/L and 50 mg/L concentrations. This dataset is associated with the following publication: Spisni, E., S. Seo, S.H. Joo, and C. Su. Release and toxicity comparison between industrial- and sunscreen-derived nano-ZnO particles. International Journal of Environmental Science and Technology. Springer, Heidelburg, GERMANY, 13: 2485-2494, (2016).
