National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL)

DNA was extracted by the Earth Microbiome Project members. Samples were provided by NETL, University of Montana and SIU. Data was processed by NETL as well as the Earth Microbiome Project. Results of full data, including that from other types of samples, can also be found in the Earth Microbiome Project website.
