This dataset contains a population cluster (shapefile) of Somaliland with the electrification scenarios. The scenarios assess the effect of different roll-out plans, demand levels, diesel costs, grid electricity costs, PV costs, and different types of restrictions or limitations on grid expansion. Results are presented for 2025 and 2030.
