Building upon the dataset of Indian hydropower dams available on energydata.info, IHA updated this dataset with its own global database of hydropower stations and other publicly available data sources including India Central Water Commission's National Register of Large Dams (NRLD), Central Electricity Authority of India’s annual reports and station level information from utility owners.
