In Victoria, a High Productivity Freight Vehicle (HPFV) is a heavy vehicle combination that exceeds 26 metres and/or has a Gross Combination Mass (GCM) of more than 68.5 tonnes. A HPFV also includes a Quad-axle semi-trailer operating at up to 50.5 tonnes.
