This data package contains all raw digital PCR (dPCR) data used in the manuscript titled “Clade-specific multiplex digital PCR assay for monkeypox virus detection in wastewater". The study presents the development of a dPCR assay capable of detecting and quantifying the monkeypox virus (MPXV) while simultaneously distinguishing between its clades.
