Two datasets are included: 1) A collection of datasets (“APROBA HAWC Export 8May2024.xlsx” with accompanying glossary) obtained from study reports available on the National Toxicology Program’s (NTP’s) website (https://ntp.niehs.nih.gov/publications/reports/tr?type=Technical%20Report); and 2) the NTP dataset and datasets collected from EPA’s Toxicity Reference Database (https://github.com/USEPA/CompTox-ToxRefDB), condensed for analysis (“data-ap-ow-tr-mdl-accepted.csv” with accompanying glossary).
