This was to include review of the existing lease, inspection of the structures and the mine, investigation of the availability of water rights for the facility. determination of the status of the fire in the shale fines pile near the crusher. and review of the relationship of the lessee with local and state jurisdictional agencies. The committee was tasked to report the present status as it relates to possible future development and provide options and recommendations for future development with estimated costs of accomplishment."
