PECC3 was commissioned by GIZ to conduct assessment of long term wind resource at 10 sites under the Program “Wind Measurement for Developing Wind Power Plan and Wind Power Project. The measurement campaign was carried in the time frame 2012-2014. This dataset provides access to the measurement data and to the final reports. __Please consider that the direction data needs to be corrected by applying the direction offset as stated in the installation reports, as the loggers were not programmed with any direction offset!__
