Overview

General Electric Global Research (GE) is developing high-performance, thin film polymer composite hollow fiber membranes and advanced processes for economical post-combustion carbon dioxide (CO2) capture. The project includes bench-scale testing to tune the properties of a novel phosphazene polymer membrane and decrease costs through development of innovative fabrication techniques.
