This dataset contains the approved list of biosolids and industrial residuals that are eligible for land application in Virginia. It was created to provide public transparency and to document the sources that have been reviewed and approved by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) for land application.The dataset includes information on approved facilities and sources, including facility name, treatment type, permit information, source classification, residual generated, management options, pathogen and vector reduction methods, approval dates, and approval comments. The dataset is maintained as a current record of approved sources and their status.The purpose of this dataset is to make information about approved biosolids and industrial residual sources available to the public, permit holders, and regulators in a clear and accessible format.
