This dataset is updated weekly. Note that the 'date modified' metadata is not reflective of these weekly row-level data updates.This dataset includes all non-point source nutrient banks that have been certified or have submitted an application.  The layer is point geometry type and details the location of every bank.  Each bank is designated as pending, approved, and sold out.
