To give greater insight on balancing decisions, this post monthly report provides outturn system costs for maintaining voltage levels on the network. Maintaining the electricity system at the correct voltages enables safe and efficient power transfer across the network. This requires the right balance of reactive power injection and absorption to be maintained in real time. > **Note:** Please note the utilisation costs presented here are only the ORPS payments, allocated per voltage constraint group. The historical years 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 have recently been revised, as has the current year file.
