The National Emissions Inventory (NEI) is a detailed estimate of air emissions that include criteria pollutants and hazardous air pollutants. It is an aggregate of data from State, Local, and Tribal sources, compiled every three years. It currently has data from 2008, 2011, and 2014. This data informs the EPA Report on the Environment.
